  We were visiting, in Moody, AL ... Ate at RT ... RUDE is an understatement. Waitress never introduced her name, spoke so fast it was difficult to understand her, food was lukewarm, steak was tasteless (no flavor). Upon asking the waitress to let the chef know, she loudly spoke "here's the manager tell him!" When we told the manager that the steak had no flavor, it tasted just like a plain piece of meat, his reply was "well, that's what it is ain't it ... a piece of meat? But I'll be sure to tell the chef that a customer had concerns" then laughed. We paid with cash and had to ask the hostess to get us a receipt please ... our waitress then quickly brought her the receipt and said "here, take your receipt." It was as if since we had paid cash and received no receipt she would pocket the money, it's been done. Let me finish by saying the only reason the 1 star was given is because the salad bar was great (which is what RT is famous for anyway). We DO NOT recommend eating at RT in Moody, AL ... that day they lived up to their community name MOODY and very disrespectful. We will be making a formal complaint.

  I wish they had more vegetarian options, not always in the mood for salad but their salad bar is great. They weren't sure if the vegetable soup had meat stock so had to Google that. Baked potato was tiny and soup bowl only filled less than halfway. I mentioned this and they filled it up but wasn't terribly impressed. The staff was very friendly though.

  The food is always hot and good 👌.. they have hired new staff and it seems to be working better than it used to be. I was cut off from the salad bar once by a staff member who was in a hurry, but I think that his supervisor was watching every little thing and he was probably just nervous around them. If I hadn't been in terrible pain trying to get around, I wouldn't have even remembered that. Never the less, the food was delicious 👍.... please bring back the candied walnuts on the salad bar. They were yummy. Thanks.

  My husband & I stopped in to relax after a long drive. We sat at the bar and were quickly helped by the bartender on duty ( Heather). I asked for something tropical with vodka & was given a Ruby Relaxer , my husband had a tall crown & coke. The drinks were well made and we enjoyed them & the polite conversation. Heather not only tended bar she also waited tables to the side of bar. Our only suggestion is that Ruby Tuesday carry Pepsi instead of Coke. We will be back our next trip through town..
